Tasting Notes
Appearance: A limpied wine, with a brilliant golden tones. Aroma: This wine presents many aromas typical of the variety, with hints of raisins and tangerine. Flavour: A sweet but elegant flavour, with glycerine and a sull body.
Vinification and Ageing
In years of great quality, the best grapes are selected and fermented for around 5 days. Fermentation is then interrupted by adding wine brandy, resulting in a number of blends which are then aged in oak casks until bottling.
Bottle Performance
Although it is able to retain its qualities for several years after bottling, this wine is intended for immediate consumption.
Recommendations
It should be served chilled, and is especially enjoyable with dried fruits.
