Tasting Notes
Cockburn’s 10 Year Old Tawny has a bright tawny red colour.
On the nose lively candied fruit aromas, combine with toffee, caramel and honey.
On the palate beautifully rounded, with delicious mature dried fruits and hints of
walnuts and almonds, exquisitely mellow and a long luscious finish.
Food pairing suggestion and serving.
Cockburn’s 10 Year Old Tawny is a perfect match to sweet pastries, such as apple pie
with cinnamon. An excellent alternative to Vintage Port to enjoy with good friends on
informal relaxed occasions. Will keep for some weeks after opening. Serve lightly chilled to
enjoy at its finest.

Reviews & Awards
Lovely aromas of toffee, fruitcake and hints of honey. Full-bodied, with a medium sweetness and
a vibrant dried fruit and walnut aftertaste. Delicious.
James Suckling, Wine Spectator, September 2003

Dangerously quaffable and blessed with nutty spice and youthful red fruit. The palate displays
further spicy kicks and a slightly creamy facets.
This is juicy, well-balanced, and the flavours linger nicely in the mouth.
Decanter Magazine, October 2008
