In 2001, the couple Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Borges Serôdio decided to add their experiences and produce their first wine. Bought an old warehouse Port located in the village of Valley Mendiz, a few miles from the Pinhão. The grapes were purchased from an owner who had a small old vines over 70 years. The first wine produced by Wine & Soul was Pints, a tribute to the couple's pet dog a restless pointer that requires attention.
