Vinification
The Grapes are 100% destemed and then crushed by foot in the granite Tank called Lagar. The wine fermented for 6 days
with the Temperature controlled at 26ªC. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless Tank . 20% of the blend aged for 6 months in french oak barrels
Bottling Automatic filling with pre-rinsing and inert gas perging.
