Quinta do Crasto White
This wine is made from a blend of Douro White grapes including a high proportion of Gouveio, Roupeiro, Cercial and Rabigato. Carefull selection of the best grape varieties has resulted in a very fresh and fragrant modern style of wine. Displaying grassy aromas along with citrus and asparagus, the wine has a fresh, crisp and pleasant palate.

Vinification techniques
Careful selection of the best grapes. Hand picked in small plastic crates (25 Kg). 100% destemmed, and lightly pressed, followed by a period of 48 hours, in a stainless steal tank at 8º C of temperature. The juice is racked and the alcoholic fermentation (45 days) takes place in a temperature controlled (15ºC) stainless steal vat. " Stabilisation" Light Filtering.
Quinta do Crasto Red
This wine is made from a blend of Douro grapes including a high proportion of Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional. Quinta do Crasto's Douro Red is a fresh, fruity wine which is accessible at an early age combining the character of the fruit with hints of spice.
The palate is rich and vibrant well supported by soft tannins and balanced acidity.

Vinification techniques
Grapes are hand picked in small plastic craters. Pumping over with hand plunging in temperature controled fermentation tanks. Each variety is vinified seperatly.
Crasto Finest Reserve _ Port
Quinta do Crasto Finest Reserve it is a "Ruby" Port ageing for 3 years in portuguese oak Port Casks.
It is a fantastic Ruby Port with an excellent price /quality relation.

Vinification techniques
Vinified using the traditional Porto wine method. Hand-picked grapes are softly crushed and, after partial stalk-removal, 100 % foot trodden in traditional stone "lagares". Fermented with maceration. Fortified brandy is added to the must at the right moment to stop the fermentation, and keep the natural sweetness in the wine.
