Tinto de Ventozelo is the result of manual harvesting, which took place in the last days of September, with a careful selection of grapes from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz varieties in the vineyard.
The winemaking took place in a vat with pre-fermentation and post-fermentation maceration, with dynamic temperature control. Aging Made in 500 liter French oak barrels for 12 months, giving it more refined aromas and flavors.
Tasting Note Very balanced in the mouth and aroma, dense and smooth, with lots of fruit, balsamic fragrances and well integrated wood notes.
The finish is intense, fresh and prolonged. Consumption The wine is ready to accompany a good piece of grilled red meat.
It can be kept in a cool cellar for a few more years. It should be consumed at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC.
