Vinification: The grape bunches are carefully selected in the vineyard and in the winery before crushing. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, maceration, pressing and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.

Weather: Hot and dry. High thermal gap
Colour: Deep garnet red core
Aroma: A very complex and aromatic wine reminiscent of violets, tar, balsamic and charcoal
Ageing: 12 months in new French oak
Taste: A rich and full-bodied wine loaded with notes of blueberry, roses, black tea, chocolate, coffee and balsamic
Final Notes: Very long finish and pronounced fruit flavours
Gastronomy: A perfect pairing with roasted meat, game dishes as well as some soft cheeses
