Vinification
The grapes are 100% destemed and then crushed by foot in a granite tank called “lagar”. The wine is fermented for 6 days
at a controlled temperature of 26ºC. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless tanks and then the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Bottling Automatic filling with pre-rinsing and inert gas perging.
