This wine is made from a blend of Douro White grapes including a high proportion of Gouveio, Roupeiro, Cercial and Rabigato. Carefull selection of the best grape varieties has resulted in a very fresh and fragrant modern style of wine. Displaying grassy aromas along with citrus and asparagus, the wine has a fresh, crisp and pleasant palate.

Careful selection of the best grapes. Hand picked in small plastic crates (25 Kg). 100% destemmed, and lightly pressed, followed by a period of 48 hours, in a stainless steal tank at 8º C of temperature. The juice is racked and the alcoholic fermentation (45 days) takes place in a temperature controlled (15ºC) stainless steal vat. " Stabilisation" Light Filtering. |
