PIOS WHITE
The grape harvest was performed by hand and pressed by foot on granite mills. Fermentation was completed in stainless steel vats allowing an extended maceration, hence contributing to the concentration of the wine.

pH: 3.78
Approved on 11.03.2009 by the board of tasters as IVDP Douro Doc and classified with the grade of Very Good.
