GRAPE ORIGINS
The grapes are sourced from vines with 30 years of age and with predominant exposure North-East. Vineyards are planted on small landings of schist soils.
GRAPE VARIETIES
Viosinho, Rabigato, Sauvignon Blanc and Alvarinho.
VINIFICATION
Grapes are hand picked, transported to the winery in small plastic crates and chilled at 5°C - 6°C. A manual triage was undertaken before the grapes being destemmed, crushed and subjected to a thermal shock. Then, the must is decanted and softly pressed until the necessary clarity. The fermentation is carried out in small stainless steel tanks during one month at temperatures between 15°C - 16°C.

Tasting Notes
White wine with a vibrant lemon citrine colour and elegant aromas of citrus fruits and mineral notes. On the palate is very fresh, fruity, well balanced with solid structure and great acidity. It is a fine and complex wine with a long and delicate finish.
