GRAPE VARIETIES
This wine was elaborated with the varieties Codega do Larinho, Viosinho and Rabigato and some Gouveio and Malvazia Fina.
VINIFICATION
Harvest in plastic boxes of 25 kgs. Pressing of grapes and settling 48h tempeature controlled 8 ° C. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14 º C. Aged in stainless steel tanks with batonnage fine lees until the end of January.

TASTING NOTES
Clean, lemony-green color. Citrus notes, some floral, with good intensity and freshness. Balanced in the mouth, elegant and fresh with good concentration, notes of grapefruit, mineral and long end.
