Winemaking Process:
Strict control of raw materials grown on the estate. Unquiet search for the optimum maturity of the grapes in order to enhance their personality. Soft pressing.
Partial spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and 225 liter oak barrels. Maturation "sur lies" for 5 months.
Tasting Notes:
Bright and citrus-green color of medium intensity. It is a wine that has a mineral component marked with flowers notes and spicy nuances.
In the mouth it is greasy but with acidity supporting the freshness of the set. Long and slightly rough aftertaste, giving its gastronomic character.
